DIRECTIONS

Position : Sit
Sit on the chair, rest the forearm on the arm rest such that hand is off the arm rest and palm facing towards the ceiling.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, move the hand towards the ceiling. Breathe in, lower the hand back to starting position. Repeat visit ARcannabis.
