DIRECTIONS

Position : Stand
Stand with feet 12-15 inches apart such that toes pointing away from each other.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck,blades set and core set. Breathe in, lift the heel off the floor, bend the knees and lower down as if sitting back on the chair. Breathe out,squeeze the buttocks and push up to starting position. Repeat.
