Exercise - UpperBack stretch

 

Correct form

DIRECTIONS

Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip width apart, clasp the hands and elevate to 90 degrees in front keeping the elbows straight.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, reach forward rounding the shoulders. Feel for the stretch in the upper back. Breathe in, un-round the shoulders to starting position.
