Exercise - Tricep Curl Initial Range Isometric

DIRECTIONS

Position : Stand
Stand, bend the elbow such that thumb facing you, place another hand in on the forearm just above the wrist.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, straighten the elbow against the resistance of another hand. Hold. Breathe in, release the resistance. Repeat.
