DIRECTIONS

Position : Long Sitting
Long-sitting with legs straight forward such that toes pointing towards the ceiling, hold one end of theraband and tie the other end to the foot.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain core set. Breathe out, move the foot away from the body against the resistance of theraband. Breathe in, move the foot back to starting position. Repeat.
