DIRECTIONS

Position : Supine
Lie on the back with feet on the floor and knees bend, arms by the side holding either ends of the cane and palm facing towards the ceiling.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe in, elevate the arm over head using the assitance of the other arm and the cane. Breathe out, lower the arm back to starting position. Repeat.
