DIRECTIONS

Position : Supine
Lie on the back with feet on the floor and knees bend, elevate one leg and cross it over the other leg.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, hold the thigh of uncrossed leg and pull it towards the chest and press the knee of the crossed leg away from you. Feel for the stretch in the hip of the pulled leg. Hold. Breathe in, release the pull.
