DIRECTIONS

Position : Side-lying
Lie on one side, bottom knee bend to 90 degrees and other knee straight forward with toes pointing forward, loop a theraband around the thighs just above the knees.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, lift the leg towards the ceiling against the resistance of the theraband. Breathe in, lower the leg towards the floor. Repeat.
