Do not bend the wrist forward or backward or lift the forearm off the arm rest

DIRECTIONS

Position : Sit
Sit on the chair, rest the forearm on the arm rest of the chair such that hand is off the arm rest and thumb pointing towards the ceiling making a fist.

 

Form & Movement
