DIRECTIONS

Position : Q-ped
On 4s such that wrists under the shoulders and knees under hips.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, push the hands towards the floor rounding the shoulders. Pushing the floor try sitting back on the heels. Hold. Breathe in, back to starting position and release the push. Repeat.
