DIRECTIONS

Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip-width apart, holding a dumbell and elevate the arm overhead on the opposite side with elbow bend and thumbs facing towards the floor.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe in, lower the arm diagonally on the same side of the arm, straightening the elbow and rotating the arm such that palm is facing forward. Breathe out, elevate the arm bending the elbow and rotating the forearm to the starting position. Repeat.
