DIRECTIONS

Position : Stand
Stand with feet hip-width apart, move the head towards the floor such as trying to touch the chin to chest, hands behind the head.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, move the head towards the ceiling against the resistance of your hand. Hold. Breathe in, release the resistance. Repeat.
