Position : Stand
Stand with arms by the side.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, elevate the arms overhead by the side with thumb pointing towards the ceiling and touch the arms overhead. Breathe in, lower the arms back to starting position. Repeat.
