DIRECTIONS

Position : Long Sitting
Sit with legs straight forward, loop a towel around the foot and hold either ends of the towel with the hands.

 

Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set. Breathe out, using the towel pull the foot towards you such that toes pointing towards the ceiling. Feel for the stretch under the calf. Hold. Breathe in, release the pull and back to starting position.
