Stand with feet hip width apart and arms by the side.
Form & Movement
Maintain chin tuck, blades set and core set.
Breathe in, elevate the arm to 90 degrees forward, thumbs pointing towards the ceiling and move the arm away from the body without bending the elbow.
Breathe out, place the other hand at the outer side of the wrist and resist the outward motion.
Breathe in, release the pull.
